Chicken salad with fresh fruit          

Princess Fruit Salad: Fresh fruit topped with cottage cheese or rainbow sherbet    

Pearson House Salad: Lettuce, shredded cheese, boiled egg, and fresh vegetable sticks

                                                 Add - Ham, Tuna, or Turkey   

Chicken Nuggets Salad:  with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken nuggets, and cheese  

Taco Salad: Served on a fried tortilla with tomato, onion, seasoned beef and topped with cheese 

Santa Fe Salad: Fried tortilla with tomato, onion, chilies, black olives, seasoned chicken*

and topped with cheese.  Served with a southwest style dressing
