Dishwasher: Minimum age 16 Prep cook: Minimum age 18, reading/following recipes and knife skills are a plus. Grill cook: Minimum age 18, reading/following recipes, knife skills, and organization are a plus. Front of house staff is typically a graduated position after back of house experience. Hostess: Must be dining room presentable, jeans not welcome, initiative helpful. Waitress: Must be dining room presentable, jeans not welcome, initiative and organizational skills helpful.
